I have asked for the unaccompanied minor service for my kids on a flight in the next days. Never was charged for it, so I am obviously worried.
Talked to 2 Swiss agents, who both confirmed that it's in the system and all is fine. However, then there was an email with "we tried to call you, please call back immediately" (obviously, I had no calls in absence).
When I called back, it was confirmed again that all is fine (and I received the form to fill in).

Curious what will happen when I go to the airport - I plan to be there 3 hours before just to make sure all is in order...
