there are just two reviews so far on tripadvisor. Both are positive but one mentions " If there is a catch, it is only that the river views are not as good as those of some others as the hotel is set back from the river facing a bridge. But the zillion positives easily won me over."

Nevertheless would be great to hear from an FTer who stays there, to know about elite recognition and lounge (if any).
