Calling will be best, but change fees are not being charged at the moment, so if you look at the current fares you can more or less work it out, particularly if you work through the fare bucket booked and the fare buckets on offer. But it will almost certainly be true that using a Basic fare is a false economy unless you only had a single bag in one direction on a return ticket.
