What is the formal process to get this changed w airlines? So many misuse or leave out the appropriate name of the cities on departure boards and gates. It is devastating for local communities and their economic engines that pay for these airport services to begin with. Aside from emailing the useless bit email addresses, any other avenues to get things changed for the communities that deserve their proper name mentioned?
