I just stayed at IC Boston for one night as a Royal Ambassador. Since they don't have the mini bar and Club Lounge is closed, they are giving RAs a $100 F&B credit per night. They told me when I checked out (not at check in, unfortunately) that the credit is good for anything except alcohol due to a Massachusetts state law. When they do get the minibar back, RAs cannot use the $50 minibar credit a day for alcohol because of same law, apparently.
