The facilities are monitored by employees 24/7, and Singapore is a pretty law-abiding place, so the likelihood of theft is probably low. But they make you sign a form releasing them from liability if your property disappears. I don't know what their track record is regarding "lost" items, or their policy on storage of valuable items.
