If they do cancel it, as it's within 14 days, they're obliged to rebook you onto next feasible service.
As you're not subject to red restrictions arriving into Italy you don't have much to worry about in that regard.
If red restrictions were a problem I'd drop everything and get on a Friday return service latest though. New rules come into effect otherwise.
