I had 99.5 segments at the end of September (no idea why, I never qualify for the segment bonus) with at least 4 RT's booked in October. I called MP 4 days before the end of the 3rd quarter and explained that I was 0.5 segments away from 1K and I was hoping that I could receive a half segment so I would qualify for the 2 cr1 upgrades. He said sure, and on 9/29/04 the 0.5 segment posted and the cr1's posted after the sweep. ^
