Are you sure your number is a Google Voice number? You aren't by chance also signed up for Google Fi? In which case it would show up as a t-mobile mvno number even if you actually use Google Voice to view your text messages. I think Google also has more than one bank of numbers they use due to GV's strange history of being an acquisition. Maybe some of them show up differently from others?

Or maybe Chase is doing something more fine grained than "voip bad". Maybe they're looking up the subscriber information for the number in some database and I'm not showing up there for some reason?
It is definitely a Google Voice number. I don’t have Fi. I use Voice because I am not based in the US and it’s the only way I can get TFA codes texted to me no matter where I am in the world. In your link, it shows up as
