Hello!

How is seat 4A (the solo seat in economy) on the CRJ900? Is there a bulkhead in front of the seat, requiring all carryon to be stored in overhead bin? Or is it possible to store carryon under seat 3A?

I've tried Googling photos and reviews, but couldn't find any useful info. I'd appreciate any info on whether this is a decent seat, or if there are any "gotchas"?
