Called the fraud department (for new credit application), was told 5 and 10 mins wait respectively by the automated system, both times, was on hold for 1 hour before getting a human. 2nd time, they transferred me to generic line, I hung up after waiting for a few minutes, re-called the general line for credit card applications, did not wait more than a few minutes to get a human.
