If it doesnt open to my Rewards page (usually doesnt) then when I click Go Rewards in bold letters it brings me to my Go rewards page and then all I need to do is scroll down to see whats being offered. But once its redeemed its gone and you cant see it again, had that where I wrote down an item will get me 50 pts and I got 30 went to check and its gone. It was my mistake as I never had a problem before I simply wrote down the wrong #.
