I'm going to say this from a slightly selfish place but France going back to "normal" amber and La Réunion and Mayotte going red makes more sense following the recent narrative. For Mexico I don't know, but there are a few countries on the green watchlist you could look at: Bermuda, Barbados, Grenada.... They're all a gamble though.
