I call from the USA but I have been talking to CSRs based in England. It sounds like they cut off the UK numbers at 8pm UK time but the call center must stay open for overseas calls. That probably explains why I am able to get through about 10pm UK time. I had been trying for days and could never even get in the queue when calling at what would have been prior to 8pm UK time. The number I was calling was 800 452 1201 for the Executive Club if that helps,
