I called yesterday at 19:00 PST to cancel award ticket I have for December. 0 wait and the agent confirmed there is no cancellation fees until Sept 30, 2021. I was told the miles would take up to 3 hrs to be redeposited (they were there when I woke up) and no time frame for the return of taxes and fees.
