Safer in fuller business class or emptier economy?

About to take a transatlantic flight JFK-LHR in a few weeks. I could redeem miles on business or economy. Tempted to do business because we’ll sleep better overnight but I’m a bit concerned because the seat map is much fuller for business than economy.

I know on-plane air used to be recycled more frequently in business so that represents less of a Covid transmission risk.

but of course all depends on how reliably people wear masks. We will wear KN95 masks and avoid eating/drinking during the flight. Do you think it’s likelier that more people in economy or business will have masks off for eating for long periods of time? I’d assume business class passengers will sleep more but perhaps I’m wrong and maybe those won’t be wearing masks very well as they sleep.
