Digging this property up. Anyone stayed here recently?

I'm about to book a 4 night stay for next week. Being fairly near the HB and being in a shopping mall complex, I thought it would be quite convenient.
I'll be working from the room or the public spaces for 2 days. Rest of the time I'll be out exploring.

At EUR 108 per night, it's not too bad a deal I think.
