Talk about frustrating!
I have to cancel a Companion Voucher flight. I need the voucher to book a European flight and the Avios to book a US flight for next year.
Using the Blue contact number, either I get (eventually) 'your call cannot be taken', or when I get past that point, I get cut off after an hour.
I shall set the alarm and try at 6.00am tomorrow, but can I try an overseas office and if so, which are the best?

Why can't this be done at the click of a button?
