Guessing they will try to get out of it unless you have an individualized quarantine order that uses the word "quarantine" with your name on it. They were not paying for generalized travel bans. But assuming you have the right documents you should be covered.
No coverage will pay for your hotel/meals while you wait after being quarantined. That's not part of the coverage. Only
Trip Delay does that and it only covers common carrier delays.
Trip
Cancellation/Interruption should pay for change fees on your missed flights, and reimburse you for any downstream travel (hotels, flights) you have to miss, if they can't be cancelled.
