It is brand new, opened in July. I saw it in June, looked very upscale, beats both the Hilton or the Marriott easily. It mIght be about on par with the Párisi Udvar, but I haven't seen rooms in either hotel. Soft product might be the decisive factor, but one must stay at both to compare.
