Both the Residence Inn's ( London Bridge and London Tower Bridge) are close to one another and are about 2/3rds of a mile south of the river and Tower Bridge so I do not think you will be able to see the Tower or Tower Bridge from the hotel. Tower Bridge is slightly closer and once on Tower Bridge Road it is straight north to Tower Bridge.

Have not stayed at them but views likely to be limited

agree you would be unlikely to have a view but the tower bridge is in a better location with loads of great restaurants and pubs up and down bermondsey street.
