Unsure about SNA specific (2 conflicting posts above me here), but your name IS on the board in a UC Hertz rental facility. It will have your name and then instead of the specific lot number for the car, it will have your hertz status level (Gold / Five Star / PC / etc). Generally you can pick any car in the same level or below. Ie a 5* can pick from 5* aisles, gold aisles, full aisles, mid aisles, SUV aisles, etc


If you booked a specific car, or something higher end then it might well have a lot number beside your name. Again you can take this car or generally one from levels below
