from what i understood , your LHR-MUC is in Y then MUC-LHR is in C

Then you will get whatever the allowance you have per part of your journey , if you book MUC-LHRin C and lets say there is a stop in FRA then your MUC-FRA-LHR will be in C therefore with 2 bags

In your case not much of a problem , this can get tricky if you have multiple segments and not all are in the same class
