This is the first time they've asked for PII when cancelling a reservation. Yes, I was logged in when I brought up the reservation.

Maybe United should stop printing the PNR code on BPs so wandering eyes can't see that and the passengers last name and screw with the reservation? (Cancel, change seats, change flights, etc.).

FWIW, I canceled an award ticket this evening and was not asked for my DOB ... just like befre.
