BFMR has been great but for nearly the last month all of the amazon shipped (not UPS, etc) packages have failed to indicate delivery on Amazon's side. Yeah I had the same issue. I think they're using a carrier called "AT" or something according to the rep I spoke with. The tracking numbers that have airport codes in them are the ones causing all the issues.
Definitely a uncomfortable conversation with Amazon when you're missing high value items
