Duckhorn was available last night JFK-SFO. Meal quality was great all around, although I ended up bussing my own tray back to the galley (A333) after they seemed to give up half way through and turned off the cabin lights before removing all the service items. Although there was one FA who stood out from the others in terms of service and initiative and I plan to write in with a compliment.
That’s great regarding that exceptional FA, but from
other recent anecdotal stories, does it seem like the inflight service we used to get on DL has not returned fully with the catering… or am I just glorifying the pre-covid days?
