The pricing in Nashville is a little out of whack... if you look at the Category 5 properties there are four in close proximity:
- Holston House
- Grand Hyatt
- Hyatt House
- Hyatt Place
They're all in the same category (and right now have very similar cash rates - in the $450-600 a night range), but in distinctly different leagues.
