To me the Andaz location has always felt wonderful, this sounds like it might be quite remote. I’ve preferred the Andaz to the Hyatt Regency in the past, not sure how others feel.
Andaz is absolutely a better location. The area the Thompson is in may well be fantastic...but not for a few years.
