my account get audit in Mar because there Is suddenly 100,000 points transfer to my account and I have no idea why.
so I contact Chinese customer service department and try to explain this. They ask me to deliver my photo ID ( which I send my passport to them)
and my account got unfreeze in Apr. However, after two months, they freeze my account in Jun. by U.S Marriott audit department, saying that my description is to reliable. so I reach out customer service in U.S and they unfreeze my account after I call. However, after one week, I got a e-mail from audit department and saying that if I cannot have valid information and explanation , they are going to suspend my account in end of Jul. So I try to explain in emails immediately but they didn't reply me. and I try to send at least 7 or 8 follow up emails. until yesterday. they reply me and suspend my account, saying my description is not reliable.
for these three years, I am always loyal to Marriott and never complaint hotels with good record( at least I think ), what can I do now? I have tried to reach-out Chinese and U.S customer service, they said what they can do is open the case and waiting for reply. how can I prove my innocent.....
I am really feeling hopeless because before it closed my account , there are still have 200,000 points in my account and lots of upcoming stays paid by cash and redeem with points. I have tried so hard to build my account and all of these just going to disappear , which I didn't do any shady or violating anything...
