Just stayed here with the family. we were looking to check out a smaller city close to us that was driving distance and settled on Pittsburgh. I was waiting for the cranberry/northshore/ south shore hotel rooms to open up and before you knew it they were all booked and even the hyatt place close to the airport. So the only other hotel that was close besides the casino was hyatt regency. No biggie cause we just needed a place to sleep

Pro: this hotel is really amazing if you are flying out from pittsburgh. I would love to stair here since it's directly connected with a walkway. You could wake up really close to flight time (if you were risky) and probably make it in time for the gate.
the staff was really friendly and accommodating.

I wish it was different list: none of these are actually a neg on the hotel itself but maybe some things out of it's control. i dont think its fair to mark it against them.
- parking is not included . all of the parking is controlled by the airport. you have to opt to do short term or long term which isnt bad at 7-16 dollars a day. problem is if you come in and out you have to pay each time
- explorist room upgrade from standard was a "view of the runway higher up" so we got a 9th floor room. i know there are junior suites in the hotel but cant say much about it
- room looked like an old school hotel room and shower. TV was huge and nice.

like i said its a very great hotel room if youre catching a flight. if youre coming to check out the city though then avoid it due to location.
