Checkin: 7/27 - 7/31 Arrived 1300, was checked-in promptly but a bit of a line at the front desk
Upgrade: Upgraded to Pano King - facing Resorts world instead of Strip.
Late Checkout: Was not added, but called day of check out and they added it
Breakfast Credit: $30/person and was able to use it for in room service each day - no issues
Credits: Tried getting check-in agent to change the spa credit to a resort credit but was unable to. Tried calling later the check in day to convert and got denied twice. Called two days later and got it converted.
Still waiting on final folio to see if the $100 food credit got applied correctly
