Just checked in for the night - I'll post a full report at some point once I get the whole experience. However, things are getting off to a good start - when I walked in to my room, there was a plate of six cookies along with a handwritten note from the concierge. 2 lemon shortbread, 2 chocolate chip, and 2 toffee oatmeal - yum.

The hotel is not fully finished as there are no suites available, and I did notice that at least the top guest floor was still under construction (looks like final touches, so I'm not worried about noise).

Also, when I checked in, the very friendly associate thanked me for my Marriott status - no, that's not a typo. I guess we know where they used to work :-)
