I found that hint really confusing too and when trying to play around with a map to find stopping points between SMF and PSP, it seemed impossible because SMF-PSP at 125 is already at the limit.

Are you now saying that all daily O&Ds are on magnetic headings of 014 CW through 125, but not necessarily all segments?

Each flight segment lands somewhere more easterly than its departure point but some segments may violate the 014-125 test?
