But Spoiler... it never connected and their hold system just hung up on me after 60 minutes.

I am able to get a human on twitter but they say they're unable to request a phone call callback (which is strange since literally all they have to do is pick up the phone and tell someone to call me).

Is anyone able to get through to Chase customer service any more? I wonder if there's some major IT security breach tying up their call centre in the past few days.
