There is speculation that this could change soon with the pending update to lounge access policy that AA has hinted at. So depending on when your trip is I would keep an eye on this.

Hmm... I can’t say I’ve flown this route, but it sure seems like it qualifies, as do quite a few other routes to Hawaii. Even includes FL access, not just AC... not that it makes a difference at CLT...
