You may be able to get it working if you buy a travel router… although it can be a little hit or miss depending on the hotels specific setup (and your technical proficiency).
The easiest option is probably to use a mobile hotspot. You could buy a standalone device or use a phone (although you’d obviously have to leave the phone behind for the hotspot to continue working).
