Pulling this up from a long time ago but was the best thread I could find.

travelled back VLC -LHR - MAN yesterday and when I was putting the stroller which has its own travel bag designed for the particular stroller into the car I noticed that the strap was broken.
anyhow this morning I was unpacking it all and putting it back together and noticed that the chassis is bent and the seat connectors are twisted.
so it’s completely gone

what’s the best way to proceed.

Complete the BA damaged luggage form
or contact uppababy as the travel bag for the stroller covers the lot and in theory should replace it all

Luckily we have a second city stroller to use

For reference the stroller is a Uppababy Vista

Anybody got any experience with this one?

any advice would be welcomed?
