I stayed there this week and got the credit converted by calling the front desk. I had 2 rooms booked and the first call went smoothly, the call rep just told me to hold while she was getting approval from her manager. The second call was a little more work as at first the person told me they don’t do credit conversion but I mentioned that the other room’s credit got converted and she again spoke to a manager and got the approval to do so. For both calls I just told them I was not comfortable going to the spa due to Covid-19 and frankly I was not with how crowded the hotel was.
