Tried booking a few hours at the HIX via the DEL airport website. it consistently fails accepting payment when using a US Bank issued Visa card. Giving up.

Tried calling IHG. They can only book for a day not by the hour. Tried calling the HIX directly. No one picks up the phone.

I guess it's the lounge or a aerocity hotel.
