Yes the domestic one. IIRC there's a podium/desk to the left of the domestic arrivals exit where you need to check in with hotel staff. They then escort you past security to the hotel. There's a phone by the podium with which you can call the hotel if nobody is at that desk.

The hotel in the International terminal is airside & cannot be accessed with intl <-> domestic transits.
