Has anyone had problems in loading GoBank card using Metabank vgc recently? On 7/28, I went to regular cashier and tried to load $500, but I swiped Metabank vgc three times and got declined (Debit Not Available). I then swiped another Metabank vgc twice and still got declined. I successfully loaded $500 (one swipe) on 7/23 at the same Walmart. My friend swiped four times and got declined at the same Walmart at the same day. I did not have a chance to load $99.
