Hey y'all, I just came back from another trip. I stayed two nights at the Mirage with Myvegas before these two nights, and although we got $150 of food credits and an upgrade to a volcano view stay well king through the $20 trick, we were incredibly disappointed with the room. The tub was stained, bathtub uneven, the rollaway bed we got was more comfortable than the king, the shower was mediocre, from how hyped up that hotel was to us, we were disappointed. We were able to get the resort fees forgiven, since we were so upset, but wow, I'd expect more from the Excalibur.

Hotel: Bellagio
Room: Fountain View 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite
Checkin: Checked in at the VIP room at 8am, not a problem. We got a corner suite too on the 31st floor, which was great.
Upgrade: There was a 1 bedroom lakeview suite available, and we asked for it, but were told we had to wait till 1PM to see if we could get the upgrade. We were offered it, however, it would've been on the 19th floor, which is a smoking floor, and would have been an additional $275. We turned it down. I understand that it was a bit of a stretch upgrade, but honestly, for such a downgrade with it being smoking and on a lower floor, it should've been free since I'm MGM gold and booked with FHR.
Late Checkout: Checked out at 4pm, got in a comped limo ride to Delano.
Breakfast Credit: Used at Sadelle's, slightly disappointed. The eggs benedict was mediocre.
Credits: Used $100 at Prime, loved it once again.

Hotel: Delano
Room: Booked Staywell King, moved to top floor strip 2 queen room.
Checkin: Checked in at 4:45pm at VIP lounge, wasn't a problem.
Upgrade: Got a free upgrade to the 38th floor 2 queen room with a strip view, and was offered a penthouse premier suite for an additional $200. We talked about it, and if we were staying longer, we would've taken it, but we were going to dinner, walking around, and had to leave the room at 8am, so we decided to just stick with the strip view two queen.
Late Checkout: Didn't use.
Breakfast Credit: Used at the 1763 coffee shop, but it can be used for in room service as well. Also, I asked about using it at Seabreeze cafe, and although it wasn't listed, the check in agent said it was ok.
Credits: Used $100 at Best Friend. I also tried to get a Myvegas comp starter offer applied, but the system was down, and instead of getting a free $16 off my meal, I got a voucher for $75 off. The three of us all did the chef's menu, and before tip, our total cost was $13 lol (we obviously tipped based off of the original bill)
