Because of construction on the normal route, the train is taking a detour via Wuerzburg and so will leave earlier than scheduled, but it is still a no-transfer ICE from Munich to Leipzig (and presumably on to Berlin). Instead of the fast route from Nuernberg to Leipzig, it seems the train will take the roundabout route via the Bebra cutoff.
