Maybe check out other Holiday Inns in Mexico and look at their suites to get an example. Many times they use the same builder, layout plans, etc. Good luck!

I saw one on YouTube from Monterrey holiday inn Express and it appeared to be a good size. Like one large room with a separate area for the bed with extra large windows.

Why don't you just call them or send a message? I'm sure they will try to help you. I do that sometimes to confirm amenities, etc.
