I had the opportunity to stay on the first night. It was my first Centric, so didn't know what to expect but I would recommend the place.

I agree about the decor -- it features a lot of fresh designs, especially floor and wall coverings, e.g., the candy stripes on the walls on the pool level, wallpaper and faux wood in the elevators, an optical-illusion type carpet in the hallways on guest room floors. I liked it all. The bed was comfortable and room design also fresh; the lighting, especially in the bathroom, was actually better than the Thompson where I was coming from. The towels were thick and fluffy (partially due to being new I suppose). The room had a Keurig machine and safe.

Breakfast was solid. It's offered on a menu with a few interesting selections; service could be improved but this is to be expected in a new property. It isn't offering lunch or dinner yet but has a simple bar that seemed to be operating last night. The front desk service, including Globalist recognition, was very good. I like the environment at the pool area -- you're on the ninth floor surrounded on all four sides by tall buildings.

There is no self-parking offered by the hotel, only valet at $45/night.

I didn't use many amentities but overall had a solid experience and would return.
