Really people are buying that this is somehow Marriott's fault? I feel bad for the girl for getting her leg torn up but I don't see the need to apportion blame to Marriott. Somehow folks think they can go anywhere and whatever happens to them has to be blamed on someone, no doubt some sleaze-ball lawyer will get involved and there will be a payout. I vaguely remember seeing signs when I stayed there several years ago, but the water wasn't very clean looking and I had no inclination to swim in it anyway.
