I've used my GE Card exclusively (i.e., not my DL) at TSA checkpoints for nearly a decade now. Just sometimes takes a beat longer in the "scan your ID" machines, and in the very beginning I had to have more-junior TSA get their Supervisors as they "ain't seen nothin' like that", but overall no issues.
