Thank you for responding to me. This wouldn't have happened without you. I have several priority pass memberships from AMEX cards. All f those were activated online. I really feared that this membership had been removed from the Ritz Carlton card. It offers benefits (food credit) that are no longer offered with the AMEX card and it was a significant reason for us changing our Marriott card. Now, thanks to you, I called. On the 2nd call, I reached an agent who knew exactly what to do. He is to receive the card in a week. Again thank you for taking the time to respond. It made all the difference.
