Just to echo what others have been saying. ORD-MAD, group of 3 of us had absolutely no issues in getting refills throughout the flight evening during traditional sleeping times.

Both lounges at MAD were fully stocked and no issues there as well. Was also impressed with our intra Euro flights on IB, no issues on getting refills and generous portions even for short flights.

As others have said, speaking Spanish, even if it's a little seems to go a LONG way
