I absolutely agree with miles4all's and wideman's posts above. A deluxe room/suite at the Intercontinental overlooking the harbour is one of my favourites in the world!

Actually, I will be in HKG during Thanksgiving week. If it's not too late for you, I'll ask my local friends the names of the jewellers that they frequent and trust, and report back here.
